MAR 9, 2026 | Self-service activity sync for Salesforce

Customers using the Pendula managed package for Salesforce can now enable activity sync to their Salesforce org from the Integrations page of their Pendula tenant.

When you connect your tenant to a Salesforce org (or update an existing connection), setting the Stream data with Activity Sync setting to ON will enable the activity sync service and start writing flow events to your Salesforce org.

This improvement gives you the ability to choose when to enable (or disable) activity sync between your Pendula tenant and your selected Salesforce org, without requiring the intervention of customer service.

The change is now available in all tenants, and will be enabled automatically for existing customers using our managed package for Salesforce.
