This article shows how to route activity sync data from your Pendula tenant to Microsoft Fabric, by connecting to our Amazon Kinesis data stream.
Prerequisites
- requires an active Pendula activity sync connection to Amazon Kinesis
- requires your Kinesis Access Key ID and Secret access key
How to connect Microsoft Fabric to your Pendula Kinesis data stream
- Log into your Microsoft Fabric account.
- In the left menu, select Real-Time.
- Click Connect data source.
- Search for Kinesis.
- Click Connect on the Amazon Kinesis Data Streams tile.
- Click New connection.
- Enter the Name of your Kinesis data stream.
- Enter your Amazon Kinesis Access key ID.
- Enter your Amazon Kinesis Secret access key.
- Click Connect.
- Select the AWS region your Kinesis data stream is located in.
- Click Next.
- Review your settings and adjust if necessary, then click Connect.
- When Fabric has successfully established the connection, click Finish.
Your connection to the Pendula Kinesis data stream is now available to use in your Microsoft Fabric environment.
