We’re excited to announce the release of our First Class integration to Salesforce, which introduces even more capability, flexibility and power to support any customer journey with your Salesforce CRM data!

This integration and the accompanying optional Pendula for Salesforce Managed Package present a significant upgrade opportunity for our customers on the legacy Pendula for Salesforce app, and our current Salesforce Connector integration on the Pendula for Enterprise platform.

The integration now fully supports:

Event-driven flows

Trigger a Pendula flow on demand when a record is created or updated in Salesforce based on complex rules or criteria. Learn more →

Schedule a one-off or repeating campaign to run in Pendula to your Salesforce contacts based on complex rules or criteria. Pendula now supports hourly, daily, specific days, weekly and monthly schedules. Learn more →

Powerful workflow actions

Create and update Salesforce records based on customer responses, data from other systems or other processes for seamless automation. Learn more →

You can even enrich those customer journeys triggered from other systems, with Salesforce data at any part of a flow using a new Get records action. Learn more →
