Integrate your WhatsApp Business Account with Pendula

The WhatsApp channel is an Early Access feature. Contact your Account Executive for more information.

This article describes how to add the credentials for a WhatsApp Business Account to your Pendula tenant.

To add your WhatsApp credentials

1. Select the Integrations tab.
2. In the Setup connection section, click Username & Password.
3. Enter the Name that will be visible when selecting a Connection in a WhatsApp node.
4. Enter a Description that description that will be visible in the list of integrations.
5. Paste your WhatsApp Account ID into the Username field.
6. Paste your WhatsApp Account Bearer Token into the Password field.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Save connection.

The connection for your WhatsApp Business Account is now visible in the list of integrations, and can be selected from a WhatsApp node.
