This release includes the following features and improvements.

New message segment and characters counters

You can now easily track the number of segments and character count in your outbound messages. Note that merge fields, which can vary in length and contain non-GSM characters, are not included in these counts.

Enjoy these new and improved counters when crafting your message body in the Outbound SMS or Conversation nodes.

 

Bug fixes & improvements

  • Disabled buttons are now more visually accessible.
  • Refreshed icons for better identification and UX.
  • Improved validation for message bodies for even more reliable message delivery.
  • Experiences with email messages over 255KB now correctly follow the Rejected path (if toggled on), or fail.
