Integrating with third-party systems can significantly enhance your Pendula capabilities, but it's essential to ensure these connections are secure and authorised. Depending on how you've configured your third-party system, you may need to allow list specific IP addresses to facilitate seamless communication. For example, Salesforce provides the flexibility to configure IP allow listing according to your security preferences.

Allow Listing Pendula's Public IPs

To ensure smooth integration with Pendula, you may need to allow list our IP addresses. Below are the IPs you should permit, based on your region:

For the AU Region:

  • 54.153.149.86
  • 13.54.253.209
  • 3.24.239.185

For the UK Region:

  • 18.168.233.18
  • 52.56.217.52
  • 52.56.83.98
By configuring your system to recognise these IP addresses, you can ensure that Pendula's services connect without interruption.
Please note that the requirement to allow list depends on your specific system configuration, and it is not within our scope to assist with configuring third-party systems. Please also note that these IP addresses are unrelated to any dedicated IPs that you may have for sending email using the Engagement Hub. We hope this information aids in your integration setup.
For more specific guidance, please refer to your third-party system's documentation or contact their support team. If you have any questions regarding Pendula's services, our support team is always ready to help.
