Flow tags

You can now tag and categorise flows directly from the Flows list, making it easier to organise, find, and manage flows at scale.

  • Create and assign custom tags to any flow
    • Tags appear directly in the flow list and are shared across your tenant
  • Filter the Flows list by one or more tags
    • Shows only flows matching all selected tags
  • Manage tags from any flow
    • Rename or delete tags using the tag manager

Bug fixes & improvements

  • The Flows list layout has been updated to accommodate search, tag filtering, and improved navigation
  • Flow actions are now grouped under a cleaner vertical ⋮ menu
  • Flow names are now clickable and take you to Flow Details
  • Flow error email notifications now only send once
  • The default sender in the Outbound Email node is now accurately updated
