Reporting and performance tracking with End points

Track specific business outcomes across even the most complex flows by configuring End points. Now you can easily measure which specific paths are being taken or what business outcomes were being achieved all from the Activity summary.

End point reporting brings metric measurement directly into the flow design process. You can:

• Define and name specific endpoints that align with business outcomes
• Track and measure specific paths and outcomes without complex integrations
• Instantly see the real business impact of your flows in the Activity summary

Additions:

• Configure and name any end point in your workflow to track specific outcomes
  • In the flow builder, simply click on any end point to name and configure it
  • Common uses include tracking conversions, upsells, successes, or AB testing
• View real-time metrics for all endpoints in the Activity summary
  • Each time an experience reaches a named endpoint, the counter increments by 1
  • Get a comprehensive view of all endpoint metrics via "View full summary"
• Easily identify high-performing paths and areas for optimisation
  • Track multiple endpoints simultaneously for comparative analysis
• Sync end points reported using Activity Sync
  • Find end point values within the experience-finish event, in ‘outcome’, ‘value’
  • Build reports based on values that matter to your business
