We’re thrilled to introduce a completely revamped experience for viewing flow activity in Pendula — all the way from high-level performance statistics, to individual customer journeys and unique interactions.
These new features provide enhanced insights, better troubleshooting capabilities, and a more intuitive interface for understanding how your flows and experiences perform.
What's new
- Activity Summary: View high-level flow statistics to quickly assess how your flows are performing.
- Experience Performance: Visualise experience progress at the node-level for performance checking and optimisation.
- Experience Search: Find individual experiences using advanced filters, such as recipient details or activity information.
- Experience Explorer: Explore a single experience, or a specific customer’s journey, with full context in a detailed timeline.
- View Activity Details: Access and copy detailed activity data for easier troubleshooting and analysis.
Activity Summary
Get a quick overview of how your flow is performing. Compare and contrast flow versions with ease using high-level statistics.
- View key metrics on the Flow Details page for each flow version:
- Total experiences, completed experiences, active experiences.
- Failed and errored experiences are listed—click to view and troubleshoot affected experiences.

Experience Performance
Visualise how experiences are progressing through your flows with the experience performance breakdown. Each node now shows the number of experiences reaching it, helping you pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
- Track experience progress directly on the flow visualisation:
- See how many experiences have reached each node.
- View tallies at the end of each flow path for completed experiences.
- Quickly identify where experiences may be getting stuck.

Experience Search
Quickly locate individual experiences using specific search parameters.
- Search by recipient details, such as a phone number or email address.
- Filter experiences using parameters like:
- Node activity within specific date and time ranges.
- Status (e.g., active, failed, or errored).
