What is the Customer Data Suite (CDS)?
Pendula’s Customer Data Suite (CDS) is a robust tool designed to securely upload, store, and manage tables of records, enabling you to trigger Pendula flows from these tables.
The Early Access release of CDS offers:
- Uploading CSV files as tables
- Validation of CSV files on upload
- Validation of field types
- Maximum of 500,000 rows
- Previewing the first 100 rows of each table
- Triggering once-off Pendula flows using the Data Suite trigger
Accessing the CDS
Once CDS has been enabled for your tenant, you can access it from the main navigation.
Navigating the Interface
Upon logging in, you will find an intuitive interface designed to streamline the process of managing customer data. The main page provides easy access to all features, including CSV uploads (Upload CSV button), previewing active tables (the eye icon), and continuing setup for draft tables (the pencil icon).
