Retention Optimisation Suite overview
The Retention Optimisation Suite dashboard is designed show the return of investment of your flows. You can see a performance snapshot of all your flows and differentiate flows by reviewing relative flow performance in a single page.
This page can be found under the "Analytics" tab in the navigation bar.
Refresh the page to view the latest flow performance updates.
Cumulative performance
See the overall value and engagement of your flows by reviewing the following metrics:
This page operates based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Any results shown here are calculated from the start of the month 00 UTC.
Conversion value (all-time)
The cumulative sum of the conversion values from all experiences with the Reporting Point node, rounded to the nearest dollar.
Conversion value (monthly)
The monthly sum of conversion values from all experiences with the Reporting Point node, rounded to the nearest dollar. This is calculated from the start of the calendar month.
The value from the previous month is also displayed, alongside the trend percentage.
Conversion rate (monthly)
The percentage of experiences which have passed through at least one Reporting Point node in a flow, out of all experiences with at least one Reporting Point node.
Notes to consider
- This tile counts all experiences passed through the Reporting Point node regardless of the reporting point's contribution margin.
- All experiences started, regardless of whether they successfully completed, affect the conversion rate. Consider the following scenarios:
-
If recipient has never received a communication because of an error, the experience is counted as a non-converted experience, and contributes to the conversion rate.
-
If recipient has received initial communication and has gone through a reporting point, but is left on an errored node after that, the experience is counted as a converted experience and contributes to the conversion rate.
-
Reply rate (monthly)
The percentage of experiences with at least one associated response, out of all the experiences that have successfully started at least one conversation with the recipient.
Notes to consider:
- This number will display as 0% if no eligible flows have been created (i.e. flows with at least one conversation node).
- Matched inbound replies received after the expiry time period will not be counted towards the reply rate.
Top performing flows
Understand and differentiate relative performance between your flows – this section is a snapshot of your top performing flows with the following details:
Best performing flow this month
The best performing flow is shown by name, where performance is rated by conversion value first, then conversion rate second.
Conversion value of best performing flow
Sum of the conversion values from all experiences with this flow, rounded to the nearest dollar.
Conversion rate of best performing flow
The percentage of experiences which have passed through at least one Reporting Point node in this flow, out of all experiences triggered for this flow.
Notes to consider
- This node counts all experiences passed through the Reporting Point node regardless of the reporting point's contribution margin.
- All experiences started, regardless of whether they successfully completed, affect the conversion rate.
Top 10 flows (this month)
Visual chart of the ten highest performing flows, where performance is rated by conversion value first, then conversion rate second. The values are calculated as per Conversion value & conversion rate of best performing flow above. The highest to lowest performing flow are displayed from left to right.
